You can request a refund within 24 hours of upgrading your plan. After that, we’re unable to process any immediate refund. You can head to your account settings to disable auto-renewal and avoid future charges.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other things Kate will add before we release this page. Sorry Elon, no DOGE coin allowed.

After downgrading, you’ll lose access to premium features at the end of your billing cycle. Any collaborators previously invited to view or comment on a document will retain those permissions (i.e., they still won’t be able to make any edits to your content) unless you manually change their role. And any images above 512 KB in your document will remain editable.
We’re not offering any discounts at this time. (“Not now” doesn’t mean “never”, so watch this space!) But we’ve designed our free plan to be as generous as possible.
